Okay, I got my custom armor going, but now I need some help with weapons. I've tried many things, but I just can't get them to stick well in a minifig's hands. I think the easiest way to make lots of weapons would be to make a mold for the sculpy, so any suggestions for that would help a lot. But then again, I'm not the expert, so if that's not the easiest/best way to do it, I'd love to know what it is.

Why custom, im wondering? If you're gonna make custom something, id recommend using a lego handle and making the blade out of something else. For the handle, try a lightsaper hilt, or a cut bit of flex tube (be careful cutting, and only try if you have tons of flex tube to spare. To me, that means upward of four pieces.)
Anyway, you shouldn't act on my word, wait for Jeff or Red Bean's advice
