Massive chat login?

Post by Hob Took »

Does anyone want to plan for a massive chat login? A bunch of people login on the chat around a specific time to talk about life and all its randomness. Just a thought.

-Hob Took

P.S.I think would be cool since I still haven't found anyone on chat :( .
-----------------------------------------

To accomondate all the different time zones we're planning on noon Eastern Time on Saturday so we don't have to worry about work hours
EDIT: So far these people are in:

I haven't been on chat for a while, and I think it would be fun to get a group of people on at the same time... There can't be too many, though, or it will get way too confusing!

I'm up for it. Let me know when and I'll be there.

Depending on the time I'd join in. I go on chat every once in a while (usually whenever I see a thread about how nobody's ever in chat ;) ) but it's been a long time since I've seen anyone on.

I am interested as well. When is a good time for everyone? We should also post where we live to account for the time differences. I am currently in Maryland, east coast time.

This sounds like a great idea. I check chat almost everytime I log into CC, but the only people there are the people who don't log off.

Is noon tomorrow by Eastern Time good for everyone? That's 6 P.M. your time Aliencat, I think. If you want to check the time zone differences you can use this converter.

EDIT: Scratch that noon tomorrow. See original post for update.

An announcement would be helpful. I don't think I'll remember come Saturday.

Well the board has been a bit inactive lately so something like this might help. I'd like to use chat again.

I'd be interested in this. During the week i'll be working, but come the weekend you can pretty much pick whatever time you want and i'll probably be able to join in. :)

I'm fine with saturday at noon EST as suggested. That's 6 pm my time, which shouldn't be a problem.
If that time is convenient for everyone else too I'll be there.

I am fine with that time as well. Though, I have to apologize in advance, the internet connection in my apartment is temperamental.
