My name is Mikey (you might have guessed that already), I'm 29 from Wales. I got back into Lego at the start of this year, my first interest was Town, but I have started to diversify into Pirates and lately Castle. Now they are starting to become centre of my attention!
Not got many Castle sets, but have been collecting suitable colours and bits from Bricklink, at the moment I am trying to beat the temptation to buy Medieval Market Village, and waiting for the Drawbridge Defence set to be released!
I think the Medieval MOC style is great and very creative, and I have started to attempt some of my own (all early stages at the moment), with a lot of influence from creations on this site and at Eurobricks. I am astonished at how sophisticated and complex Lego MOC's can get, and I suppose the internet has helped to spread innovative techniques, and create forums for disscussion and feedback which people can use to create better creations.
That's about it for the moment, apart from sticking these two pics of a small MOC in really:
"and where is her knight in shining armour?"
cheers
