Hello,
I just joined by have loved Castle Lego since I was a boy. I only recently decided to get back into it all as my son is now into LEGO and I have dusted off most of my older sets for him and himself to enoy again. The collecting and building bug came back and I'm trying to get every set from 1984-1990 and to built the Black Monarch Castle but in Grey.
My favourite set as a boy was 6081 and my favourite knight is the blue falcon that comes with the Guarded inn 6067.

Welcome to Classic-Castle! Isn't it fun to build with your kids? I'm trying to get mine into castles, but right now it's all about the Cars sets with them. My son sleeps with his LEGO Lightning McQueen (of course, that means scrambling though the blankets each morning to find whatever fell off when he rolled on top of it).
