Welcome to Classic Castle! It's a shame about the Hobbit and LOTR discontinuation indeed, but don't be sad: just make your own thing - that's the spirit of Lego after all

I know, but the lack of Gondor, is infuriating, to say the least.

Here is a little thought...would a Gondor set have been good enough for you? Most of the time when we get sets like that we find them lacking and then build our own anyway. Sure it would have been nice, but for it to have been good, it would have been an expensive set.

Welcome to CC! I agree it's a shame that it got canceled before we got any Gonodr sets, I would have liked to have even a small one.

Well, by lack of Gondor I meant a lack of Gondor minifigures, most of my sets are usually destroyed by the end of the day.

Yes, it's a shame, but at least we can make our own sets, but the lack of Gondor minifigures is a bit weird since Gondor was one of the major players in the War of the Ring.
