As you can see, a reasonable assortment. I've always loved Bardings, mainly because as a little kid, mine was the envy of my younger brother, who had none. I still like their looks, but use them mainly for kings, or the most decorated knights.

Even so, I rarely use them at all now, because I generally build people or places from my stories, and none of the regular factions are found there, although the forestmen, Bulls, DF, Wolfpack, some ninjas, and some KK1s cna be used with virtually no modifications. For my completely invented kings, I've taken to using paper cutouts, held down by a regular saddle.

How about adding the KK2 bardings? There's two of them, the blue & gold one with the Lion Head and the dark red and silver one with the Scorpion.

I have 1 Scorpion barding. But its on its way to me as we speak. I will get more as set 8777 is quite cheap considering it has something Lego has never done before... selling a fully armored horse in a small set, and with two fully armored knights.

Yes, I actually have a use for Danju and Vladek.... Ancient Armies parts!
