Wow! Those are some hilarious commercials. In the first one, I love how they call them "wolf people". I'm so glad that their advertisements have improved! :D

Improved? Those ads are way better than any advertising LEGO has produced in the last 15 years. They do an amazing job of making 6080 and 6086 look incredibly majestic.

Those commercials make the old castles look amazing. I may just have to go dig all of them out.

Those were awesome!
Here's some more I found:

The commercial for the new castle sets is pretty good, though it relies too much on computer animation:

I still prefer the simplicity of the 1980's commercials.

But the hippest and coolest Lego commercial of all time is...

Sure they look majestic, but I like today's better than the older one's voicing/plot line/writing.

I really like the old castle adverts with the British voice-overs, the 'LEGO maniac' ones are just cringingly bad. The new Kingdoms one seems like a respectful nod to the classics, but with the added modern p-zazz of a bit of CGI.

Its a shame what happened to Zack.
Lego mania got the best of him, and his parents had him institutionalized.

Nostalgia hit me like a ton of bricks watchings those commercials. The sets were amazing too. *sigh*

It'd be interesting to track down Zack and have him speak at a AFOL convention sometime... Assuming he's really not in a mental institution... though if he is, that could be interesting in its own disturbing way...
