How many Kingdoms minifigs do you have? Currently I have 16 Dragon Knights(one mounted), 1 Dragon Wizard, 17 Lion Knights, 2 Lion Kings, 1 Lion Queen,1 Lion Princess, 1 Lion Prince 1 Jester, Blue Wizard and 2 Blacksmiths. ~KnightMan~

I have about 30 (though some of those are my brothers). That includes 2 blacksmiths, 3 mounted dragon knights , 1 mounted lion knight, lots of foot soldiers for both factions.

I'm guessing I have somewhere around 250-300 figures, of various denominations. I'm actually in the process of organizing them. Maybe I'll post a picture when I'm done

I don't use the black mechanical looking torso for the Dragon knights, and all of my factions adhere to a historical standard. So at the moment, currently assembled, I have about 18-20 Dragon Knights and about 13 Lion Knights.

Lion Faction: about 20 including King, Princess, Jester, mounted Knight, knights and men-at-arms.

Dragons: 13 including the mounted Knight, wizard, and various thugs and goons.

Peasants: 4, well 5 since I put the collectible minifig Robin Hood in with the Kingdoms.

My best guess is something like 30 of each of the lions & dragons, with only a lion princess for royalty, 1 mounted lion, three mounted dragons, plus the jester and the wizard. I also have like 11 peasants from the lineup, with a clearly dispraportionate number of blacksmiths taking center stage

I have 31 Dragon knights, six of which are mounted (though only three of them have barding)
32 Lion knights, including a mounted King and one mounted Knight.
I have two MVR's worth of peasantry, plus peasants from my three MMV's (Courtesy of Grandma!)

I'm not sure, as I almost always buy torsos, helmets, etc. separately and integrate them in whichever way I feel is necessary, but I believe I could probably field anywhere from 2 - 400 figures at full mobilization if the threat of war became that severe. I have not taken pictures of much of anything of mine in several years so I might have to post some of my troops soon, as I am putting together forces for an civil war that is brewing between several lords and the king...

As for peasants, lords, and any other non-combatant or irregular combatant, I have no clue at the moment!
