I'm quite sure is referring to the sets 5998 and 5999.

I refer the mini-fig set vladek and other knights inspirated from jellybeans.

Perhaps not in Germany, but over here in the USA I distinctly remember seeing them. I may still have the catalog- they appeared in that "buy 5 and get $5 off" section in the middle of the catalog.
Oh well, I guess some countries were deprived of it. I remember seeing quite a few minor KK sets, but this one was nowhere to be seen.
Is everyone sure that there are absolutely no chrome helmets but in this set??

In that case, we must await for the oracle to speak...

There's no need for an oracle, just check Peeron:

I never really liked Bull Knights sets but I think this one is ok because I like the dragon and the minifig looks cool as well as the chrome helmet.

Never got the set but the minifig gets a 5/5 and the dragon is pretty cool maybe a 3/5 :D

I like the old dragons so I'd buy one if it was out now. Not a bad army builder.

The dragon is a bit odd but I suppose it was a good oppurtunity to get one if you weren't around for the original release. Chrome helmet it pretty much the entire reason to get this set. I thought it was a good scheme of Lego's producing the 4 sets with one special chrome part.

I don't like the concept of Bulls and dragons at all but like Jojo I also think that the chrome helmet is a must. It makes addition to my blck knights/dragon riders faction.
Overall the chrome set was a good idea (especially from a marketing point of view) except for the shield. It looks different in colour and style. The designers could have done a better job with it.

I liked the look of the Bulls; they worked well as a mercenary faction. I'm not a huge fan of the black dragon, mostly because of the fiery wings. Whenever possible, I switched them out fore black wings. (The only good thing about Witch's Windship was that it came with several pairs of black wings.) The chrome helmet... I guess it's nice, but given the difficulty in outfitting a figure in chrome armor, I'm kind of ambivalent. (I don't like the chrome breastplate-- wasn't it originally for the Spanish Conquistadors in the pirate line? I never thought of it as Castle.)

Not bad. A drake, a crome helmet and a nice minifig. It is a great army builder for those into making armies out of dragon riders
