Dangit!
Wouldn't that mean the price would be cheaper overall? I'm completely in the dark of how much the packaging ect... costs. It wouldn't be so bad, but these new kk2 era boxes are made out of thick cardboard and include alot of unnesscary paper products.

Don't mean to detract from the thread... but I just wanted to point out that bigger packaging is proven to increase sales - which is why LEGO packaging is the way it is.
Knight Templar
n. pl. Knights Templars or Knights Templar
1.A member of an order of knights founded about 1118 to protect pilgrims in the Holy Land during the Second Crusade.

I guess that makes sense, if I wasn't conscientious of the part count, I might buy a semi-big set and expect it to be overflowing with a thousand odd bricks.

~end of semi-off-topic-ness~

BTW Sorry for posting the image of a new set in that other topic... I didn't realize it broke the rules. Sorry again.

So anyways, I'm not as impressed with this years sets as I was last years. I'll probably get the Mistlands Tower and that's all, I think.

There's a gallery on brickshelf including pics of the new kk2 sets. If I am not alowed to post them here, please delete the link. I didn't start a new thread as I'm not sure if I am alowed to post them here

Link deleted by the admins. Leaked dealer images are not allowed on Classic-Castle.

It looks like there are 10(!) minifigs in the battle of the pass set!
The dragon creator set looks really good for castle fans. There is some cloth used for the wings, kind of like Anthony Sava's dragon.

After seeing the image, (which I wasn't supposed to I guess) I must say this set looks great! I'm not sure if we're allowed to discuss it but it sure is better that a little two fig set. :D

Yep, it's there, every time I look for it, it's one to three pages into the recent section.

Personally, I think this new line up is the best thing since the Royal Knights. 8)

It looks like they are bringing back an older helmet.
