Hi Jeff,

I created a pattern/outline in Adobe Illustrator, plugged in a few designs, printed them out on heavy stock paper, cut them out, punched out some holes for the leg piece and folded them to fit. I contemplated using some lightweight canvas but determined it was too difficult to print on and wouldn't fold as easily.

I searched for "my" family crest a while ago and came up with three really nice ones to use. I used a black griffin on a yellow field, and it came out nice. However, I didn't like the way my printer made it come out (plus I used regular labels).
Any suggestions on sticker types, decals maybe? and what sort of printer is best. Is this the sort of thing that I could do at Kinko's?
