I would have to say that this is not a great set in my mind.

I mean, really, who ever heard of a King pushing a cart??

Overall, I would give this set a 4/10 because it does come with an O.K. minifig, as well as a few other usefull parts.

I really don't like the cart design either...

Pretty strange little set. The good is that virtually all the pieces can be used elsewhere, but the set on it's own can't really be used to build anything else. If it was a good price it would be a good set to stock up on.

What is this! I've never even seen this set. Looks pretty boring. Poor King got over thrown and reduced to a street vender or something.

I don't even own that King minifigure, so I'd be happy if I could get a hold of just one.

22 pieces @ $5 = ~$0.23 per piece. Yikes, I hope it wasn't $5.

I would never buy a LEGO set with 22 pieces, unless it had something I wanted a lot of, in which case I would buy quite a few of them. This set, however, doesn't qualify.

Just found this for ya... Unbelievable, but brutally true...
I don't know why is it like that.I mean there's not a single unique part, you can put this together by buying just a parts and it will be a half lesser price.

hmm...not very impressed by this set. Not enough decent parts nor a minifig that would enhance my collection, so I would not have bought this set had it been in a store near me.

Well, Bricklink prices for sets are notoriously high. I meant $5 for the original price.

According to my calculations, LEGO bricks uusally average a price of 10 cents each, minifigs usually a dollar. I'm guessing the set was about 3 dollars.

I would probably not buy this set but it's an okay way for a kid to get a king depending on the price. If it was 5 dollars I would rather get 6026 "King Leo" If you want a King, it has it. A horse is always handy, plus a knight and small castle peice.

I would not likely purchase this set if it came my way, because of the things that have been said already. Also I would think that a King would at least be smart enough to pull the cart rather than push it ... perhaps this is all a ruse and this is just a theatrical player on his way to work, trying to draw attention to the latest work by some guy named william...
Cheers,
Bert.

i like this fig a lot, from the body to the great face, so as long as it was cheap i'd get a few. the extra pieces i'd just use for something else, i could even find a use for extra crowns if i thought about it.
