Chateau de Morgana

Post by BrickCommander9 »

Hi! I am new to the classic castle community, and wanted to use this opportunity to introduce myself and show off my current (fairly large) castle project.

So... My name is Neil, AKA BrickCommander. I have been building Lego for over 30 years in numerous themes, and have displayed at several conventions in Israel.

My current project is "Chateau de Morgana", an historically accurate castle, in the style of Norman castles built in the UK and France from the 11th to 13th centuries.

The MOC spans 25 standard baseplates (5x5 footprint), and, when completed, with contain over 40k bricks!

Following are some WIP pictures. I would love to hear what everyone thinks.

What an ambitious project. It certainly does recall the Tower of London. I look forward to seeing more pictures as you make progress. Welcome to Classic Castle. :)
