It would look best with a custom sticker applied on it. And use of the shield would also make the size of the resonance-box and the lenght of the neck more in balance with eachother.
I think the Drum would look better if it appeared to be hand-helt, like the examples on shown on the medieval and renaissance period instruments reference site you've mentioned.
The Harp looks pretty good as a symphonic orchestra instrument, but as you can see here http://www.s-hamilton.k12.ia.us/antiqua/harp.htm, earlier Harps were much smaller. Probabaly too much of a chalenge to model on minifig scale.
