P.S. Plus I'm getting a few more miles out of my Viking display I made for the TexLUG meeting a few months back.

That is a decent sized horde, indeed :D Poor knight, slashing & piercing weapons only do half damage against skeletons!

But the skeletons all look un-armed. So the Knight should do ok against them – until he gets tired. He seems to be doing OK so far.

I really like the pose he is in in the first picture. He looks menacing.

Very cool. Reminds me of 'Curse of the Golden Flower' or 'Hero.'

Speaking of you posting in Stories... any chance of an update to Ikros any time soon?

Learning French.

Say it "ESS-MICK-GIN-ISS", with a hard "G", as in "get".

Wait, what? Ikros? What's that?

Frankly I have no idea when or even if I'll ever get back to finishing Ikros. Chaos Skies has a good ending, but I'm really struggling with the middle. I've had half of chapter 10 written now for a good year and a half, if not longer, but I've never been able to finish it. I feel if I could get through to chapter 12 (I predict 16 total chapters), the rest would write itself, but I just can't get there.

Besides, I don't really think Ikros is relevant anymore. I've left it go for so long, there are only a handful of people still wanting to see it continue. If it weren't for my wife, I probably would have abandoned it months ago.

EDIT: I take it back. Ikros is worth saving, and I'm going to save it, by george. I'm going to do what it takes to break through this writer's block.

Oh, come on Tony, don't give up now, you've made it so far  . Everyone here thinks its a great story! Persistance is the key!

(Actually I'm in the same situation now except I can't write a good beginning!)
