100th Post!

Postby Jansen » Mon Jun 25, 2007 6:47 pm

Here it is, the moment everyone's been waiting for: My 100th Post! It's only taken me over one year, not that long, huh? Anyways, here is my creation, The Gateway Tavern!
Image

No backstory for this, just that its a tavern built on a gate(to where, I don't know. Possibly another MOC...)

Deeplinks:

Too much to drink

This is very well done. The architecture is excellent, and I really like the attention to detail. "Too much to drink" is hilarious. Congratulations on your 100th post.

This is a very good MOC. It has very good life to it, an important factor. The Pest Control picture reminds me of something...

I like the party up on the balcony. Did you paint that jug? It looks good.

Congrats on 100 posts. I recently reached 1000.

Love it! Dude, there's a Medieval Rock Band on the terrace. The fig placement is great, I thought of a bunch of funny captions for this. Keep up the great work!

Great work, and congrats on hitting the big 100. You've made your place in C-C, and with these kinds of MOCs, you'll hold it! I love the fig posing, and the structure is quite nice.

My only suggestion is either a 'constructed' floor, or a dirt floor instead of just the green baseplate. That's all, everything else looks great!

Wow thanks! I was thinking about floorboards but 1) I don't have enough pieces and 2) It would restrict door movement. For now, its just green carpet!

wow that's sweet! I love that the building is part of the arch...it just gives more prupose I guess. The angled tudor posts are cool, and of course all the drinking and merriment that's going on inside is awesome

Very creative building there! I like the architecture, it looks solid and is unique too. I liked the idea of the meat bone especially well - what a cool idea. Also, the weather bane is a nice bit of building.

Good stuff!

You won't have long to wait if you keep posting worthless nothings like that.

Very nice creation! I like the simple but effective SNOT for the diagonal tudor beams.
