Congratulations to the winners! It was a pleasure to watch the entries coming in, I was truly impressed. This contest is favorite of mine, because its hard for me to think like this. Everytime I try something in micro, it ends up growing into a minifig scale MOC....

Again, many thanks to Robin Hood for keeping this contest going each year, and also for the amazingly quick judging!! 8)

Wow! I had high hopes for this contest but was surprised to find first place! :D This was a really fun contest. Great job to everyone who entered. I was impressed by a ton of the models that entered in this contest (and I think big props should go to darkspawn, whose awesome and early entry was the high mark that inspired all of us to build a mini castle). Hopefully everyone plans on competing in CCCV? Thanks again Dan for a great contest.

I'd definitely agree! When I saw DARKspawn's entry I couldn't imagine it would finish anything but first but the level just rose higher and higher as the contest went on! (that floating citadel still has to be one of my all-time favourite MOCs though ;))

And kudos for the quick judging, Dan! You really ought to be proud of this contest.

Yes, congratulations everyone. I think by next year I'll be a bit better with Microscale, and I will definately be entering again.

Hey thanks for the kind comments guys :) I obviously still have alot to learn about the finer points of microscale, but I am forever a student of the brick! I must admit I had big money on Nelson though Those steps & the 1x1 plate technique was pure win.

I just wanted to say in response to all these posts: Again, it was my great pleasure to hold this contest. You are all most welcome.

And by the way, check out JediMasterWagner's title, the little something I mentioned for the winner. Courtesy of Lord Sava.

Man, seriously some great entries and winners although, all the winners are #1 to me. It's so hard to pick one when they're all awesome. Nelson's and DARKspawn's are my personal favorites but all of them are very creative. There's a lot of thinkin' involved with packing detail into a little castle.

Congratulations everyone! :)

Hey all,

The time has come to set this thread free. Thanks, Robin Hood, for once again hosting a great contest. And thank you to all who entered. There were lots of great MOCs and I'm sure it was really hard to judge.
