Yes. Not only was Shakespeare within our set timeframe, but also he based the play on earlier stories.matthew444442 wrote:Can I submit Romeo & Juliet to the Medival legend category ???

I didn't want to start a separate thread just to say this, so I'll say it here:
Great work everyone!!
This year's contest has brought out some really unbelievable MOCs and will definitely serve as inspiration for me for a long time. I think this year's entries are the best I've ever seen out of a CCC (and I've looked at all the entries from previous years). Keep it up!

It's been a great contest once again. Thanks to the admins for putting so much effort into ensuring that this contest ran smoothly, and thanks to all of the entrants who continue to inspire the LEGO community with their wonderful creations. Cheers, and Happy New Year!

Wow
It has been hard work the last two days of the contest. My historic event is not online yet, so I suppose other entries are not online as well. But even now I see some categories that I would not like to judge. Trade and Industry is Megablocks to find the best Moc, Castle Spaces as well. On the other hand I see other categories that are dominated by a single Moc. For example Hipotam's entry for Medieval Journey. What a Moc! I would say this is the best Moc of all CCCV. There is Moc in Castle Spaces showing a lion. What accuracy!
To the judges, have fun. I am glad I am not in your position.

Seriously, Phantom... you should wait until the contest categories and criteria are announced. Why spend all your time now building a MOC now, only to find that it cannot be entered into a later contest because it violates the rules? The Phantom wrote:Do we have to wait a certain amount of time before we start building for next years CCC?
