This is really creative!
The floating rock idea is very good, and I like the interesting back story. The separate floating rock attached to the main one and the cantilevered tower are very nice touches, as is the crane to bring up the people and supplies.

Wowzers! I really like floating rock moc's, but this one is just to awesome for words! I love the thin rock it is standing on, and the combination of so many different minifigs and facial expressions gives it an alive look, really like you captured a moment.
