The shades of blue water, beaches, and terrain are excellent in your moc. I also like the contrast of the whitewashed castle on the darker rocks.

Beautiful. I really like the movement of colors from the sea to the sand up to the rock and grass. Also the detailing - like filling in those arched gateways and the little black cheesewedges.

Oh very nice! I especially love that wooden palisade part in front, but the whole thing is awesome.
That tree is pretty clever as well
Good job!

That's Awesome. The beach and the water look great, but the whole thing is amazing. If this is your first "attempt" then I can't wait till your second.

First thing I noticed were the different shades of blue going from sand to water, but I see everyone else already mentioned it as well. Regardless, it really looks good. Also enjoyed the great details on the castle, the lattice window as a portcullis also caught my eye. Thanks for sharing!

Well, hate to admit this, but I had to goto the dictionary to figure out what you were talking about
A fancy middle english word for castle gate. It seems they have words for everything these days. Now that I know what you mean, thanks

I'm more of a quick study than either a wizard or genius. I used several cheats: 1) non-production trans lights - kelso idea 2) 2009 white round towers from echo base 3) 2009 dark brown pillars from medieval market for palm trees . These pieces happen to be on my desk when I was thinking about how to do small trees.

That turned out great. The terrain and plant life really works nicely with your spiffy castle.

As others have said, this is great. A real gem. The landscaping is very pleasing.
