LCC - Lenfald Local Challenge: Lenfald Logging

Post by friskywhiskers »

Now that those Blue bricks have finally arrived, I was able to finish my entry to Lenfald's introductory challenge, "The Industrious Lands of Lenfald."

Image

With the thaw well under way, trading season is in full swing, and Sir Edwyn finds himself rushing to meet the demand for Lenfald’s fine timber. He pays a local lord a great deal for the temporary employment of some serfs to help him with the task of chopping wood, but he expects his trades to be highly profitable anyway. Now the last batch of wood is being cut and Sir Edwyn prepares to sail down river and load his cart with the lumber, where he will then travel overland to Loreos to sell the goods…

More Pics on my Flickr (Link in my signature). I am almost finished the next MOC in my Storyline that I will be putting up as a free build once it's done, so stay tuned for the continuation!

Do you get a lot of your pieces from Bricklink? Maybe I should get some.....

I love the river and the small raft on it. The plant life is awesome, as are the workers. :)
You've got to ask yourself one question,"Do I feel lucky?" Well do ya, punk?

Yep, I ordered the Blue bricks for the river from bricklink at round 1/4 the price of what Online pick-a-brick cost! The grass I mainly got from the pick-a-brick walls at the lego store, which comes at even cheaper if you have the chance to go, Anyway, thanks a lot!
