With the help of his friend Treckal, the fire wizard, Bruno lured four Loreos officers into Treckal's bamboo plantation. Into a small ditch went the soldiers. When they realized that they were in a dead end, it was to late. Fire poured out of the walls of the ditch, burning them alive. As one tries to climb out of the inferno, he meets Crainson with his sword.

The black bricks show the burnt area nicely, and the bamboo plants are cool.
Another picture or two from different angles would be nice

Nice to see a variation in foliage from time to time, bamboo is really under used. You might want to check out the Firestrand Technique, it would really help bring this to life.
