LCC-Garheim-LC5-Freeing Elyssa

Once the coast to coast dogsled race had ended, Leif was disappointed with his finish, but happy for Rayth Wulfsbayne the victor. However, in the ending celebrations, a young musher named Elyssa was still missing. After a search of the course, her sled was found broken, and it looked as if foul play had been involved. Immediately, a search party went out, including Leif. The party tracked the sled into the forests of Lenfald, with the dogs in the lead. First, they came through the outskirts of Falkenborg, then through Bladefall, until they were finally on the doorsteps of the Wandering Woods. Once in the Wandering Woods, the crew proceeded carefully, as not to disturb any of the mystical races that lived there. The last thing any of them would want to do would be to stumble upon a Centaur camp. Finally, Leif found Elyssa unharmed, tied to a tree. It looked to be the work of outlaws. Quickly, Leif untied her, and set her free. From that day onward, Leif pledged to find the outlaws who had done this horrible act and to bring justice to them.

Nice job Eklund. Very good vignette that matches the theme of LC5 and the continuing story.
