Kranos vs Evil

Postby andhe » Wed Sep 12, 2012 7:05 am

Being mainly a minifig collector/MOCer, I decided to give building a go... (I built 2x scale wolfpack tower just out of my dark ages but have neither the time, space or bricks to do anything like that currently). Be kind to me.

Woah, I really like that warhammer. There's a nice sense of action too, especially with the horse rearing back. Nice job, but I'd like to see a bit more scenery next time. Don't let the action take all attention. :)

Nice work,

Great action scene! Your fig posing is excellent :D

The scenery looks quite nice, the mixture of grays and stuff. It's not a great idea to charge into battle both shirtless and with a war hammer, but you pulled it off!

Thanks guys, the main focus here was a quick build to showcase an action scene involving the 'hero' fig I'd made. If I attempt more MOCs in future they're likely to be at this scale, but I'll admit I could put a bit more into the backdrop (bricks and time dependant). The new LOTR horse is great for posing, it makes you realise how static the previous horses were. I hope we see different colours/printings of it in the future (even outside of LOTR sets).
I've added another picture of an angle I liked.
