Battle at the River

I've decided to continue my little storyline, just to see where it goes.

The Knights of Terror continue their invasion towards the capital of the forest kingdom. Finally, an army is marshaled to stop them, but is it enough?
C & C welcome! :D

Awesome Bridge, how did you do it? It appears to be floating!

So you put an 1x4 wood panel on one side of one of a 1x2 plate (I used handle ones (because) I just got tons from the Pick a Brick), and place another 1x2 on the end of the wood panel, so it's facing the opposite way as the other one. Keep repeating putting the wood panels o the 1x2s, and sticking out the 1x2s on the ends of them. Keep alternating which side you put the 1x2 on, so the whole thing stays together. It gets fragile, as if only one connection breaks off the whole thing goes. :P Sorry if that was confusing, can't find a better way to say it.

Beautiful scene. The river looks really nice. I also like the posing of the minifigs.
You would rather be building right now.

Very cool bridge technique. The fragility of the construction makes it seem like it's swaying. It does seem like posing figs atop the fragile bridge must have been a frustrating task.

Great landscape and nice bridge technique (your explanation of the way you did it was good enough). Nice minifigures too.
