Hey LL,

I was just going through these on Flickr (I think you must have just put them up within the last 30 minutes). As with your last one, I think your style has really evolved over the last couple of years. Your older MOCs were nice and impressive, but the more recent ones have just been more interesting and polished. Some favorite bits:
- the brick built main doors
- the incorporation of the HP door frame - it often seems out of place, but here it fits in with your other use of texture
- the light scattering of brick bricks, sand green and tiles on the walls to give some texture
- curved walls of two different sizes

My only real dislike is the window frames that jut out a stud from the surrounding wall. I wish there were a good way to do those on a half stud offset so they didn't poke out so far.

Is there a little bit of a rise in the greenery, or is that all at the same elevation? It's a little hard to tell since you don't have a lot of shots along a low angle.

Thanks Bruce for your thought. I see what you mean about the windows, I'll have to work on 'em next time. I'm also very bad a photographic angles, and I'm in great need of a new camera. There is a rise in the greenery, in the front left and right corners. It's hard to tell because of the sheer amount of plants and the bad photo anlges. Thanks again.

Impressive castle LL! I really like the sand green mixed into the wall and the shape of the castle is superb :D

Great job! The arches you incorporated into the round tower are awesome! I also like the gatehouse portion of the castle. Excellent work!
You would rather be building right now.

Nice castle. Surprised to see someone use my round roof design.
Dark green tree looks different then other two, but no good photo of it.
Creek is good addon to creation.
