Great Northern Gray Wolf Pack - CCCX Forest Life

The Great Northern Gray Wolf is one of the most fearsome predators in the forests of Roawia. As big and powerful as a lion, they roam the forests of Lenfald and wastes of Garheim in packs of three to five, overwhelming any prey they encounter. Fortunately for the people in these lands, they do not care for human flesh but prefer deer, herd animals, and above all, fattened livestock...

In this MOC, Sir Caelan Munro, his archer Tavish and squire Sholto have encountered a pack of Northern Grays on a quiet forest path while on their way to returning some stolen cattle. These cows are badly needed by the small village of Madeg to get through the coming winter.

You did a great job on this! I love the pathway and foliage as well as the lovely stream.
Those wolves would sure be a fearsome creature to encounter in the wild. :o
I'll be keeping my eye out for them.

Loving this whole scene. The placement of the wolves is excellent, and I'm digging the way you've done the river bank. Can't wait to see more MOC's from you! :)

That path looks almost manicured in some spots, I'll have to remember the curved green plates if I ever get into building town. Thanks for that little piece of inspiration!

Nicely done. I might point out that the Norther Gray Wolves are often seen in a white color phase during the winter months, particularly in their more northern habitats ;)

Thank you, these Wargs are going to be great for LCC.

Thank you Ronald! I hope to build a third here soon following their return to Madegg. I'm calling it "My Bovine Trilogy"

Thank you Pyro and hopefully soon...though I am a bit slow...

Absolutely! Maybe Garheim can take the white ones?

Great to hear; yeah the wedge plates are expensive but worth it.

That's an excellent point! That way we can use both the wolves from that Warg set! I would be good if we could establish certain Lego parts as a set part of LCC culture, like these Wargs. Just a thought...
