Gandalf's hat not being blue in the sets is probably the thing I hate the most about the LotR sets.

I just have one minor critique, but it's more like a question, why is Gandalf's beard white? I thought it would also be grey...

In the books, it says Gandalf's beard is white. That about sums it up.
