Re: LCC Returning from War
A very nice build! I really like the gatehouse and the path through the snow.
I will say that it doesn't seem to fit the theme of the contest very well though. It's doesn't feel very cheerful or celebratory. You could fix that by including some people with flags and banners celebrating their return, or actually show feast preparations going on or something like that.
Just something to keep in mind for next time

As I was looking through the pictures on Brickshelf, I couldn't help but notice that a few of studs in the path were metallic studs, I'm not quite sure if I'm a fan of it but I guess we all have are styles of building. Superb work Matthew, a job well done!

Oops! Those might have been metallic, but the light when I was building was a little different.Justin M wrote:As I was looking through the pictures on Brickshelf, I couldn't help but notice that a few of studs in the path were metallic studs, I'm not quite sure if I'm a fan of it but I guess we all have are styles of building. Re: LCC Returning from War
Nice work mate! You did a good job layering the snow, and on the wall.
