LCC Escape From Fort Vharenfell

Postby Deviet » Sun Mar 03, 2013 8:11 am

Hey everyone,

Escape From Fort Vharenfell by Deviet, on Flickr

Darius was roaming the frigid Garheim lands when he heard of the invasion into the Magic Island. He made his way to Fort Vharenfell, knowing most of the soldiers were of fighting in the war. After looting the fort of it's values, Darius escapes sillently.

This build started out as my entry for the global challenge of the LCC. I didn't get it done in time, so I decided to finish it as a free build.

Thanks for looking!

This is so lovely! Great detailing throughout, I especially like the snow on top of the towers. The rockwork is very nice too!
You would rather be building right now.

I'm a sucker for a good snowy MOC, and this one is really terrific! Too bad you aren't a Garhim, because I'd like to see more stuff like this from you on a regular basis!

Your builds are always superb and this is no exception. Love the layout of the castle and the landscaping is tremendous :o
The only thing I'm not sure I like is the large piles of snow on the crenelations, it doesn't seem like that much would stick :)
