GoH: The ducks attack!

Post by Buurli »

Hey guys!
I haven't posted in the MOC subforum for a while, so I'm showing you here my latest creations .
I hope you like them, btw. Critism is very appreciated for future builds!

The backgroundstory you can read here, this topic is just to show the MOC, not the story .

Wow, this is quite impressive. Everything from the rockwork to the pillars is wonderfully done. Nice job.

The columns are pretty cool. The rock archway is pretty neat too!
You would rather be building right now.

The rock walls are very well done and those are some creative pillars. :)

The sense of depth behind the pillars is great. So are the pillars.

Really lovely. Like others said, those spiral pillars are great! I also like the floor mosaic.

Thanks a lot my friend for these kind words.

Thanks Eklund! It's actually the first time I did rocks like this and I love the look of them, so expect more like this in the future :).

Thank you. The pillars technic can actually be used for much more than pillars, the first time I saw it it was a dress of a minifig:

Haha, this is just the shadow of the pillars, so I didn't had it in mind while building . But I agree with you, the effect that it becomes darker behind looks pretty good.

Thanks Frisky :). The floor mosaic was inspired by SoT's work...
