LCC - Mages Guild - A2, A3
During the brutal battle at Kellynch, I was badly wounded in the arm. They told me it was too deep to heal and that I should have it cut off. But then I remembered a recipe I had found in an old magic book and that I had left the mixture brewing last I was up there. With that Rollo and I set our sight towards a secluded part of the Sister Peaks, near Ugleheim, to regain our strength and hopefully find healing. After traveling for what seemed like an eternity with no feeling in my arm, we finally arrived. I was too weak to bring Rollo inside so I went in by myself. The potion was right where I left it, near my extra set of clothing which I will also need. It had been a couple months since I left it, which was a bit longer than what the recipe recommended for it to sit. I didn't think much of it and took a gulp, it was stronger than I imagined but I could tell it was already fast at work so I drank the whole bottle.
Next thing I know, I'm waking up and miraculously, my arm is completely healed! I was surprised it worked so well, there wasn't even a scar left. I felt renewed energy, immediately I dressed myself and got ready to leave. Using an advanced Earth magic, I passed right through the solid rock with ease. The sun felt blinding for a moment and then I saw, my friend, Rollo sitting nearby whittling on a stick. He looked up at me and began to speak. . .
"Are you healed my friend? You were in there for 2 days."
"Really, that long? The potion worked even better than the book for told."
"This is good news, the gods look favorably upon you."
"Aye, but how fickle the gods can be, come now lets be going"
C&C Appreciated!

Nice vignettes. I like the wooden rafters in the first scene and the rockwork in the second is excellent
John 14:6, Jesus answered, "I am the way the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."

These are an appropriate size for apprentice builds, and you've packed a lot of detail into them! A non-combat use of magic for the A3 challenge is a good application. Good job.
Looking forward to the Journeyman phase of your development as a mage!

Thanx guys!
Ingvar tries not to use his magic for evil but we all have the urge to once in awhile.AK_Brickster wrote:A non-combat use of magic for the A3 challenge is a good application.

I know right? There's only like 3 of us, we need to get more people to join our guild!

Sweet stuff. I'm going to apply, in a sense, to the Mage's Guild once I reach Citizen.
