Pepin's Escape

Post by soccerkid6 »

Built for Global Challenge V in Lands of Classic Castle. I tried some new (to me) techniques in these builds. The supports under the arches in the prison cell scene are stacks of 1x2 panels, original design by Ben Ellerman, and the 1x2 tiles in the wall technique came from pif500.

Full story can be read on Flickr: http://www.flickr.com/photos/66620538@N04/9726432664/
Here are the three scenes I built:

Very cool builds. But I think the grass looks a like it could use some dirt to grow on instead of stones. Just a thought. ;)

Excellent all around! I especially like the prison cell with the ivy growing in it. :)

My interpretation is that the stone-tiled courtyard is old, and thus weeds are poking through the cracks. :)

@mpoh98: Thanks Matthew, I liked how that scene came out too :)

@Aeridian: Thanks, the grass was supposed to be some weeds growing in the courtyard :)

@Bricknave: Thanks, the prison cell took the most time to build, and I'm glad you got what I was going for with the courtyard and weeds :)
