- AK fielded this, but I just wanted to clarify that there is no connection between the LCC and the CCC. You are free to enter LCC builds as your CCC entries, or build non-LCC things, or whatever.

- Yes, that category is supposed to be about MOCs that include some sort of electric lights.*,** See, for instance, answers 11, 17 and 21 above. This lighting could be official LEGO elements, like the light-up bricks, light elements that are included with some train, space, and mindstorms sets, or even incorporate one of those LEGO flashlights somehow. Or the lighting could be from one of the third party customs dealers such as LifeLites. Or you could use light elements from a clone brand company. Or you could just string your own wires and bulbs through your MOC.
*I suppose you could light your bricks on fire, but I don't recommend that.
**Oh, one other thought, I just thought of official glow-in-the-dark elements, like the ghost or Snape's head. I could imagine using those as a creepy light source.
