Sir Kejtar is meeting with his neighbour - Elf Lord Janga and discussing border issues between the two properties. There is a point of contention - location of the watering hole used by messengers and travelers that Janga is claiming to be on his property and wanting to deny access to it.
Not bad! I think the ground and wall could use more detail, but the desk is nice!
