Lenfald Introduction Challenge - Hunting

Post by Becheman »

He could hear the rustling from just over the stream. One of the Lord's goats, thinking itself safe near the falls. Slowly he crept forwards. A flash of light betrayed an armoured guard high up on the walls, but guards were easily avoided. Besides, with their lord and master being held at the her majesty's pleasure, what were they going to care about one little goat? He crept forward slowly, letting the sound of the falling, crashing water cover his steps. Slowly, he drew himself up and notched his only arrow. One shot. Any more would be too easy. Besides, the guards might just match any missed arrows back to him. Couldn't have that. Exhaling, he drew his bow back to full draw, lay the arrow's deadly broadhead point over his target, and let fly.

My entry for the Lenfald Introduction Challenge :D

I love this scene. The tree design in particular, but also the texture of the stone wall and the overall pastoral ambiance. Makes me feel like I am across the way watching the action unfold.

So much awesome here! The trees are awesome, the rockwork is awesome, the subtle angle of the stream is awesome, and the castle wall is awesome.

This is neat! Only I think the cave near the water should look a little more damp  .

A lovely build Becheman! Those trees of yours are very realistic and I love the details as the gate in the steam, the cave, and others. The textured wall is lovely as well.

Happy Building,

This is fantastic and probably my favorite ever build by you. I particularly like the stone wall and the tree trunks.
