LCC... Cruelty

LCC....CRUELTY

Luke had stayed behind in the city of Averroes to spy upon the queens men. Subsequently, the new regent of the city was the queens cousin Gabrielle. Luke being his quick minded self, incapacitated the Regents adviser and, took his place. Luke entered the great hall to see two soldiers holding down an old man while Gabrielle spat insults and threats upon him. When her rants had subsided the thin sickly old man looked up and, said
"My loyalty is to the Lord high Triphian!" Gabrielle's rage boiled over "Take this Lenfald scum out and, hang him from the citadel! So that all will see what happens to those who challenge the Queen!" The old man was carried out writhing trying to somehow get free but, could not. Luke cleared his throat and stepped into the hall. "'This was going to be a long day."' He thought to himself.

He slowly entered. approaching carefully. "you are late" Gabrielle said when Luke arrived before the throne. "Yes milady, my deepest apologize"
"No matter. Nothing of interest has really happened today" Her face and, tone grew more light. "I am to make a speech later today to the people of this town. What do you think I should say?" She asked looking at Luke. "Well....I think that a speech of strength could perhaps be wise. To let the people know that you will be stern but, fair." Luke responded choosing his words carefully. " I believe you are a councilor wise beyond your years. I will think it over but, I wish to be left alone for now. Tell the guards I am not to be disturbed."
She dismissed Luke with a wave of her hand. "Milady" Luke said bowing then turned and, exited the council chambers. '"Well that was interesting."'

Thanks for looking!

I like the stone/wood mix on the walls, and the posing is good. However, I think the way Gabrielle is sitting is kind of awkward. Maybe using a 2x2 slope, slope facing out would look more natural?

I think so too, but my advise would be just turn the skirt over and pull it back more  . If that makes her look to tall, then just leave it (but do turn it over :spin: ) but make the seat longer  .

Nice job! I especially like the brown capes on the soldiers, it gives them a realistic look. And they look even better inserted on this very nice MOC! :)

That's a cool little story MOC and you have there. The "Cruelty" part is Gabrielle's body being bent in half while sitting in the chair ;) . Might I suggest this piece for you to try for her legs?

YES! More dragon knights needed!

I like the figure posing here. Very cool.

The old and new gray mix is also well done. The color from the camera seems a bit washed out, but overall this is excellent!

I actually think she had beans for dinner, and is doing whatever possible to have them "vacate" her body. A close up of the picture shows her grimace.
