Ladyhawke

Hey all,

Pippo Zane has created a huge scene from the movie Ladyhawke. Check out the amazing details in the cathedral:

Wow, there were definitely no corners cut in the construction of this one. Every square inch of this cathedral is perfectly detailed, from the staggered columns to the stained glass to the floor mural. It really captures the intricacy of a full size cathedral in Lego scale. I think that's our whole goal when building- to suggest to the mind exactly the right type and amount of detail so that we end up seeing a larger picture that really comes to life like the real thing. The builder did this perfectly. Outstanding.

That is seriously incredible. I've been inside real Gothic Cathedrals and been blow away my the greebling on the walls. This is a great representation.

Both works, movie that inspired the author and the LEGO details inside the church are incredible. I believe that is gonna be a source of ideas from many AFOLs. Congratulations to the creator!
