As for what part, possibly something from Elves? Or a minifigure accessory/utensil of some sort. Can't wait to see what you pick!

Is there a particular color of the seed part that needs to be used in the entries? Or is any color fair game?

In seed parts, any color goes. It's all about the challenge of doing something new and different with that part. But it has to be used in a castle build. In this case, it can't be used as a fan.
