Nazgul are the "Black Riders" or "The Nine". The "Bird Like Creatures" they have as mounts are called "Fell Beasts" or I tnink in one part of the book "Bird like creatures"

I think this a great design. Howver, I think the wings look a little stumpy, not very aerodynamic for flight... :?
