Here are some updates showing the scale of the Guard Walls. Its made to go along with that Kahilawayan Guard Tower that most of you have probably already seen.
This is the first wall section that is being constructed. I have more than enough parts to start work on a second wall section. Each section of wall measures 64 studs long, 28 studs wide, and 52 bricks high. That big enough for ya?

Just a note, that Guard Tower is the first of 12 such towers to surround Bikolupang (name of the Kahilawayan capital city, means "Bikol homeland"). Although, wait and see what the Emperor's palace will look like!

No, however there will be 32x32x52 wall parts that I call "Defense Towers". These will provide the access point from where you can get onto the wall walkways aside from the Gate Houses.
Defense Towers are like Guard Towers but way shorter. They will have staircases leading from the ground entrance all the way to the top of the tower. My plan is for these stairs or ramps (cheaper) to have enough room for 3 minifigs side by side.
Aside from these, and the Gate Houses, all other parts of the wall like the wall section and guard tower will have nothing but support columns and crossbeams inside of them for internal support.

Think of all the "wow" superlatives that exist and that about sums up my reaction.JPinoy wrote: http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=37106
But... I gotta ask some "why's"....
Why so tall? Why so wide? Why the LURPs inside on the base? Why twelve towers? Why Kahilawayan? Enquiring minds want to know.

You have more black bricks in that one section of wall than I have in my entire collection!
Good luck on the rest of your project

Well, it certainly is large, but to be honest, there's not much more to it than sheer size. I am curious though, how large will the completed creation be and how long do you think it will take you to finish it?
