Very cool, I'm a big fan of that keep. 8) I think maybe one more building in the back of the castle would make it look a little less empty though.
There is a lot of neat details and over all a very cool creation. :D

I especially like the little draw bridge and the design of the crusader armor... overall a very well done keep! Lots of cool little things going on all at once, as it should be... a marketplace might be cool too... lots of chaos with the buying and the selling would add all kinds of life...

Nice job!
Knight Templar
n. pl. Knights Templars or Knights Templar
1.A member of an order of knights founded about 1118 to protect pilgrims in the Holy Land during the Second Crusade.

Hey!

That sure is one great castle complex. Very well done!

I especially like the keep, very nice. What I'd like to see though is interior pics!

I love this castle!! It looks just like a castle should look like.
The houses in the castle also look very good and realistic.
very well done!

A very handsome Castle. None of the building details really stood out for me, but it looks very solid and well-built, and the colouring of the whole creation looks very well thought out. The red and white touches of pageantry and the colouring of the interior buildings work quite well together, and with the main grey of the Castle.

:D :D :D

Thats really awesome! I really enjoy the huge tower in the center of the fortress. One of the other things I liked was the distinction of the army, cool outfits!

Honestly, though, how do you get all of those pieces? Anything I build is way too small because I can't get the right stuff. How much do you have to pay?

It's called a keep, not a tower :P And it also takes alot of time and money to get that many pieces. By the way Jacob, how old are you, to see how long I have to beat you piecewise

I just turned 20 a couple weeks ago!
I don't have the slightest clue how many pieces I actually have. I don't plan on ever counting either.

Looks quite believable. A nice layout with defendable walls.... Just what a castle needs. The "daily life" details are good (horses in paddocks, fed from a trough, etc.)

This is nice. It's very much like an old castel set in that it's plain - no over-use of silly ornamentation - and utilitarian. It looks like it's got a lot of play value. I rally like all of the arches, espacially the ones used to hold up the top ceiling in the keep.

This is one of the most realistically detailed castle I've seen in a while. Did you do the insides of the other houses, too? The armory is great.

Azure, a saltire cantoned with a star in chief and in base and two crescents addorsed in the flanks, argent.

Well I though I replied to this... Oh well...
A beautifully scaled castle, good to see a large MOC. I particularly like the stables and the use of brown roofing always warms my heart : ) I'm not a huge fan of customs (like Lego's stuff so much) but these are tolerable (which with my bias is a high compliment!)

Thanks for sharing and God Bless,

Nathan

Thanks for all the compliments everyone!
Im getting ready to take the entire Moc apart soon (this is gonna be a large task in itself) so I can re-organize my lego collection & get them ready to be packed.
Im actually gonna be moving in a couple weeks, so you might not see a new Moc from me in about 2 or 3 months.
Once again, thanks for the compliments!

I like this a lot!

Solid and functional, your buildding style is quite similar to my own.
I do like the little details like the little turrets on the corner towers for flanking defensive fire.

Ifs the outer wall modular? It cetainly looks like the kind of design which could easily be modular - which make sit easier to add to the whole castle as time goes by.

Your keep looks very sturdy and I do like the wall, but perhaps it could benefit from being a little less symetrical?
