At my battlecontest entry I used a skeleton horse, too.
I've made some pictures:
I don't know your version, but it's a nice use of this technic-bricks. And the legs of the horse are looking rattle (?). I like it.

The only "hard to find" would be the white battle-Droid arm. But in 7255 with General Grievious (?) is one extra. So you can use one for building without destroying the Minifig.I really like your horse. Makes me want to make a Bricklink order and make my own!
