the tattoos and the red stripes are tribal markings that specify rank

among the cyclops tribe...

the cyclops pictured is a fisherman...........

I like him, very creative use of pieces (less black this time :P ) .

The hands are very articulated, can you take a pic of him holding something? A villager or perhaps a club? The round flat piece may be in the way.

I like his face, those lips are reminds me of the Cyclops in Dungeon Siege. :)
