Is there anyone out there who makes up instructions and or parts lists for MOCs?

seems to me this could be a good business to get into. : )

Many people do so using LDraw. There are some great utilities for generating parts lists and instructions. One of my favorites is LPub, which can be used to generate all of the images for each instruction step and set up some basic webpages with the instructions. You can view an example of some LPub output here.

I guess I'm not sure what you're asking then.

There are people who do publish MOCs with instructions/piece lists. You can find a lists of some at BricksOnTheBrain.

Or did you want help with LDraw and friends? :?
