Coming soon, to a BrickFest near you!

Post by cnelson »

Nelson Castle Builders is pleased to announce that, through intense effort by engineers, designers, and construction workers, that BrickFest 2005 will be the unveiling of Castle Peregrine...

What's in the blank space in the back?

Visit the Castle room to find out! :D

This looks awesome, Carl. I can't wait to see the whole thing. Maybe you and Anthony should stage a battle in the castle room, with your two castles as the bases for rival kings. Looks like it will be a great Brickfest.

Anthony's not theonly one bringing a great large castle along this weekend.

Just giving this beauty a bump too.

Hey guys!

That castle looks really well built. Looks realistic.

Man, I couldn't even build half of one of those big towers with my lego.

That's a wicked castle! :D

That castle is great! This is my favourite large castle I have ever seen built! Awesome work! The thing that makes this castle stand out from the rest is the little details such as the half-stud offsets on the crosses and such. Fantastic castle, I hope to see many more pictures!

Great looking Castle! You and Anthony should bring more troops and have a back-n-forth battle and siege thing going on.

No interiors in the keep yet, but that's just gonna have to be how it is... :?

Wow very nice! I love how you avoided the "big grey wall syndrome" with all of the architectural details (45 deg slopes towards the bottom, 1x2 inverted slopes up top). And you kept the details very consistent throughout your creation. You're building (no pun intended) yourself quite the reputation for excellent MOCs! :)

Are you going to post instructions on how to build the whole thing like you have for the front?

Brikwars is a Lego wargame similar to warhammer. Here's the official site:

Back on topic: cnelson, your new addition to the castle is great. I look forward to the brickfest pictures!
