Kung Fu Vignettes

Not true castle, but since these guys are fighting with swords and fists, I thought it was appropriate.

I love how youve went and made your own legs to suit the various kicks your combatants are doing. Very creative. Also the legs in the what I'm assuming is a bamboo field, looks really good for the classic kung fu pose.
well I would at least like to think that I'm evil...

Simply outstanding use of pieces...a great of deal emotion and motion is here displayed with just a few, odd bricks... (the crouching swordsmen, the sky-walking ninjas) some of the best vigs I have ever seen...

Great job, Lenny! The legs stand out the most to me. I like the various poses and kicks you were able to create.

Hello!

Great action! Very matrixesque and... you did see House of the Flying Daggers, didn't you?

Looks awesome. Lego should make a green-chrome sword so we can have "The Green Destiny" from Crouching Tiger : Hidden Dragon.

Hey Lenster,

These are great! Already up on VB. One detail I really like is your yin-yang mosaic mat design. All the action is very cool. BTW, had you seen A-Tree's Forgotten Samurai?

You know Bruce that my only motivating force behind these were to get some recognition from VB ;).

And YES I've seen A-Tree's vignette! YES BRUCE!! I DID!!! ;)

Personally, I always saw this sword by Isaac Yue as a perfect green destiny. Altho it would need to be customized a bit, but you get the idea.

Yes I did. I also saw Kung Fu Hustle. Question is - which did I like more? Hahah!! I'll never tell!!

I really like these vigs too - the tao mat is awesome. Reminds me of another, much older Kung Fu flick called "Born Invincible". I have seen Crouching Tiger, but not the others. I usually watch much older, less appealing-to-the eye kung fu flicks the like those on my homepage (http://web.syr.edu/~atmarks/kungFuForum.html). Man, your vigs really make me think that LEGO really should think about expanding their ninja/asia line!
Knight Templar
