Rune Dragon Knights

Post by Zee »

I always thought that the markings on the green kk2 armour to be rune-like. So i reckoned that with the right mix of colours, it would turn out quite nicely. A nice alternative as grey euro armour is simply more expensive to acquire. Please enjoy the Rune Dragons :D

Simply awesome. Alot of yellow dragon crests and green flags- rare stuff! :P

The only thing I dont like is the red arms, but those arent seen at distance.

I have posted this before. The KKII knights are merely useful for the body parts. Get rid of those ridiculous spacy visors on the helmets and replace them with the pointed visors. You are right that the green armor with the pattern is OK for this purpose. Gray armor is indeed a lot more expensive nowadays (BL sellers keep up high prices for those parts for some reason) and the new black armor does not match well with the green torsos.

Well done.

I like them. I like to see that KK2 does have it uses.

Yes, KK2 does have its uses. Only the visors of jellybean knights are the ones I have no use for. Vladek's helmet is quite useful however.

Yup, that vladek's visor is the most readily useful. Actually I think that the design of the blue and green visors is not all that bad, certainly not as true-medieval looking but nonetheless may have its potential if its gray in colour. I recall seeing someone's forum avatar of the green visor in golden colour, really great looking! Kinda reminds me of "The Man in the Iron Mask" thingy.
.
I intend to do a paint job on these visors that I have lying around, gonna see how it turns out
.
In the meantime, I am also trying to build up more knights in these colours :D
