Imagination is more important than knowledge, for knowledge is limited while imagination embraces the entire world.

Well, thankfullly Takeshi Itou took more pictures for Roy and posted them in his Brickshelf gallery and on his website, Castle Element. Also, Eric Harshberger was kind enough to take more pictures of the Bart and Milhouse sculptures in Roy's other gallery and post them on his website. It's so kind of these master builders to provide webspace for an up and coming new builder.

Err, just in case you missed the sarcasm in Bruce's message, the picture Sir-Boris linked to doesn't belong to the person whose brickshelf folder it's in (i.e. "roy" is not the builder).
For those of you that have been around on Classic Castle for a while, you should be embarassed that you didn't recognize Takeshi Itou's distinctive building style in the pic.

I'd be lying if I said that Roy was the first person I'd seen who had built that MOC.
I'd be lying if I said he was the second.
I kind of feel sorry for Takeshi Itou.

I've never quite understood why people plagiarize...
From homework to art to LEGO, the process of creation is an end in itself. While imitation may be the sincerest form of flattery, uncredited imitation is just plain wrong. At the very least, "roy" could have taken the time to recreate Takeshi's landscape with his own bricks. Sigh...
Then again, part of me is always amused by plagiarists, because they're inevitably exposed. If you're too stoopid to make something yourself, you're probably not very good at covering your tracks.

This isn't the first time someone copied Takeshi's work. I remember on Mocpages some kid, who was 12 or so, took every picture of Takeshi's and wrote his own comments about how he built it....
