new minifig scale weapon...

Post by boses »

I updated my brick-only crossbow, it is now called an auto-crossbow and is based on the weapon in Final Fantasy 3.

The figure carries extra dart magazines in the pouches at his sides, I used black capes to represent this...

It's a bit big for a minifig to me, at least. But it would look hip on a giant, ogre, or troll, or mounted on something big, like an airship or castle wall.

You're on a posting streak boses!

I like it, very creative. Could be a good weapon for people like dwarves and baddies. Looks powerfull, it could be mounted as a weapon on one of your air ships boses.

Good stuff.

Not really, in movies and in pictures I have seen crossbows that size and one's small enough to be held in one hand.

I don´t really like the crossbow, it´s a bit big for my taste but I have to say that the black capes on the legs look very good.

Yeah, they look like chaps. :) Wild West builders take note.

As for the crossbow, I'm not quite sure how you put it all together, but I like the look of it.

I like that cross bow a lot. In fact, I think I will make my own.

I like it better than this one.

Although, that one looks pretty good for like a Chewbacca weapon, I don't think it looks very medieval. I think that the newer one would work better with the castle theme.
It's a Christmas Miracle!
